Join Us... Working within Fixation is hugely rewarding!
We are always looking for more freelancers to join our small team of talented facilitators to help bring our love for devising theatre to children, young people and adults across North London & Hertfordshire.
We work with children from age 4 through to adults with and without disabilities in our term time classes and holiday courses, workshops, as well as teaching within schools.
Fixation is an equal opportunities company. This means that we encourage people with different experiences, skills and stories to join us, to influence our working practice.
If you believe in the power of theatre to unite communities and would like to be involved in Fixation's journey please send a CV and covering letter to email@example.com – This will be held on file (for a minimum of one year) and you will be invited for an interview if appropriate.
We welcome students who have a career interest in theatre to gain work experience.
If you require work experience or placement hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating what hours you are available, why you would like to be considered and a CV or brief introduction to yourself.
We will be in touch to arrange an interview.
We are always looking for fun, vibrant people with a love for theatre to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help within shows, backstage, front of house, within classes and community projects.
As part of the team you can:
- Meet new people and have fun!
- Enhance your CV with professional experience
- Gain a greater understanding of community theatre
- Be a part of our team and help to make Fixation shows come alive!

If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you!
Please tell us a little bit about yourself to email@example.com and we will be in touch to arrange an interview. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
All of our volunteers, placements and freelancers will need to clear a DBS check to be part of the team to work with our members who are children, young people and vulnerable adults.
